Control the protagonist going through multiple levels and destroying undead enemies of multiple types, collect weapons and useful items, solve puzzles by finding keys and passages, etc. The classic first-person action gameplay has several difficulty modes.
The dead have come back and you've got to defeat them. Moving through cities or catacombs, you seek a variety of weapons, ammo, keys and other things and try to rescue the world from the dead.
